Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!!

Hopefully tomorrow we will get a little peek at what Kynlie will look like. We go in at 9:00 for our 4-D ultrasound. I just hope she doesn't hide her face!! After that we will be going straight to Gatlinburg for a business trip for Brandon. Maybe we can have a little time for ourselves while we are there. I think it will be pretty fun just because we are staying at The Wilderness in the Smokies. They have an indoor waterpark which I'm not so sure how that will be for me considering I am 30 weeks pregnant.....I may lounge a little by the pool though who knows. It is a weekend away from everything so we will make the best of it. We really have alot going on right now and need to be finishing up on things but they can wait I guess. We are almost ready to paint the nursery (which I will be so glad to get done) because I am starting to get a bit nervous because.... I am 30 weeks pregnant and our nursery is not even ready..... My husband says don't worry I will get it done...I promise. So I am going to hold him to it. He will get it done though on time I know.... I am just ready for everything to be together and complete. As long as it is done by March 21st, which will be my shower, I will be fine. I want to come home and put everything where it goes. I'm sure it will be ready by then. If Brandon starts a project he will not stop until it is complete and perfect so we will see......

29 week Appointment

Today I went to the Dr. for my 29 week appointment. I now have to see the Dr. every two weeks. She said everything looked great. The baby is measuring right on track and I have now gained a total of 16 pounds. The heartbeat was 154 beats per minute and sounded very strong. I can't wait until next week on February 26th because we will be getting our 4-D ultrasound done and we will finally get a glimpse of what she will look like (that is if she cooperates and shows us her sweet little face). We'll keep our fingers crossed.....After the appointment Brandon and I will be leaving to go to Gatlinburg for a business trip and a little getaway before Miss Kynlie gets here. It is definitely a much needed one. We are exhausted from trying to get her nursery ready before she gets here, although we have a long way to go before it will be done. We have worked all weekend trying to get things going though. Hopefully it will be ready in a few weeks.....

Valentine's Day

I thought there was no better time than this to join the blogging world. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and I just wanted to share what my sweet sweet husband sent me to work today. He sent me a dozen pink roses and one special rose tied in above the bow for our sweet little baby girl that is due to arrive sometime around May 6th. It has pearls and pink pacifiers hanging from the bow it is absolutely the cutest thing I've ever seen. He also put in the card...To my Two Babies...You make me very happy! I just absolutely loved them and him of course. Just thought I would keep track of this so maybe I could show her later on how really sweet her Daddy really is.....Happy Valentine's Day!!
